The Securities Exchange News Service (SENS) was established by the Issuer Services Division of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) to disseminate company announcements and price sensitive company releases ("relevant company information") to the market on a real time basis,All company announcements and price sensitive releases of listed companies are to be submitted to SENS as soon as possible after authorization by the company.Relevant company information is published via SENS immediately after it has been authenticated and approved (if necessary). SENS transmits company information electronically to subscribers, including major wire services, who then disseminate the information to their customers.
