All of the cases included occurred before the implementation of the Labor Contract Law of 2007, so each case is analyzed according to the regulations of the Labor Law and other relative regulations. The authors have also analyzed the possible results of similar cases filed after the implementation the new Labor Contract Law, to help readers understand how the new Labor Contract Law may have brought about different verdicts or influenced the outcomes of certain cases.
