In BNA ERISA Voluntary Compliance Summaries, corrections of qualified retirement plan problems through IRS's Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System have been summarized in a chart compiled by Seth Tievsky of Ernst & Young. The chart contains the compliance statement date and program under which the correction was made; the violated tax code section and topic; a brief description of the problem; and the correction suggested by the IRS.
