The Eastern Evening News (as it was then called) was founded in 1882.Norwich is a city which is really going places - and so is the Evening News, which reflects the changing face of the place we all know and love.We hope it will reflect the city?s diversity, individualism, quirkiness, optimism and neighbourliness. Our aim is to be an eclectic mix of news and information that unlocks what the city has to offer both established local families and the growing number of newcomers drawn to the prospects on offer in one of Britain's best cities.
