Description
|
The Banff Crag & Canyon has been serving the residents of this international tourist destination since December 8, 1900. Located in the heart of Banff National Park, which sees over 4.5 million visitors per year, the "Crag" is a multiple award winning tabloid that features news and entertainment from throughout the Bow Valley. Over 8,000 copies are distributed Tuesdays including carrier delivery to over 2,400 homes. Because Banff is located inside a national park there will be no more commercial development permits granted. There is also a "need to reside" clause in effect which means you cannot own property in Banff unless you are full time employed within the park. Owning a home requires that you sign a 99 year lease with Parks Canada for the land on which your home sits.
