Michigan Lawyers Weekly, which was founded in 1986, reports on legal opinions from all the state and federal courts in Michigan, as well as changes to court rules, verdict & settlement reports, discipline matters and all other news vital to attorneys in the state. In addition to reporting all decisions by the Michigan Supreme Court and all published and unpublished decisions issued by the Michigan Court of Appeals, Michigan Lawyers Weekly also covers: all reported decisions by the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals; decisions by the U.S. District Court and the Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern and Western districts; rulings by Circuit Court judges; and agency decisions.
