Description
|
The Malayan Law Journal Articles (MLJART) are drawn from the Malayan Law Journal report series. The printed version of the Malayan Law Journal includes both casereports as well as academic articles and professional notices. From 1932 to2001, articles were published in the front of each volume of MLJ. They werepaginated with Roman numerals to distinguish them from the case reports. FromJanuary 2002 onwards, separate Article Supplements have been published on amonthly basis. These monthly supplements are consolidated into a bound volumeevery three months.
The articles as they appear on LexisNexis include two citations - the originalcitation which matches the printed version (e.g. [2001] 2 MLJ xvi) and aLexisNexis-specific citation (e.g. 2001 2 MLJA 16), which merely replaces the"MLJ" report series with "MLJA" and the Roman numeral page numbers with theequivalent regular numbers. The page numbers as they appear within the text useregular numbers, which ties back to the MLJA citation.
