REGULATIONS OF QUEBEC (QUEREG file) is a consolidation of Quebec regulations --subordinate legislation made under Acts of the National Assembly of Quebec --arranged alphabetically according to statute name. (Note: The order of theQuebec statutes in English is determined by the alphabetization of the Quebecstatutes in French.)
This consolidation represents an on-line version of the 1981 revision -- theRevised Regulations of Quebec, 1981 (R.R.Q. 1981) -- together with allsubsequent Quebec regulations for the year 1982 through to February 6, 2001. Newregulations and amendments to existing regulations are integrated into thisconsolidation as they come into force so that the file reflects the presentstate of Quebec law current to the date shown in the STATUS segment.
A history segment at the end of each section of a regulation providesinformation on how it has been amended. For amendments made in 1982 andonwards, in-force dates have been provided to show the effective date of thechange.
