CCH NASAA Statement of Policy (NASAA) includes statements that provide model legislation to protect investors. The North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) is comprised of securities regulators from 65 jurisdictions located in the U.S. Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico. The Association is not a regulatory entity; regulatory authority resides with each of its members. Statements of Policy are promulgated by the NASAA to implement, interpret or prescribe model laws, regulations, forms, or policies pertaining to investor protection and securities regulation.
